These Terms and Conditions apply to the Blue Moon Entertainment website and to tickets for events promoted, presented or organised by BLUE MOON ENTERTAINMENT GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 80 690 006 725), trading as Blue Moon Entertainment (“Blue Moon”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our main business location is Western Australia 6069, Australia.
By using this website or purchasing, holding or using a ticket for one of our events, you agree to these Terms. These Terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) or other applicable law.
1. Contact details
Legal entity: BLUE MOON ENTERTAINMENT GROUP PTY LTD
ABN: 80 690 006 725
Business location: Western Australia 6069, Australia

2. Authorised ticket sellers
Tickets may be sold through authorised third-party ticketing platforms identified on the relevant event page, including TktDig, Megatix or another authorised seller. The platform shown at checkout generally processes payment, issues the ticket and acts as seller of record. Its booking, payment, delivery, privacy and refund-processing terms may also apply.
These Terms govern Blue Moon’s event operations. The authorised ticket seller’s terms govern its separate ticket-processing services. Nothing in either set of terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
Tickets purchased from an unauthorised reseller, social-media account, private seller or unofficial website may be invalid. Blue Moon is not responsible for counterfeit tickets, duplicated QR codes, inflated resale prices or transactions conducted through unauthorised sellers.
3. Prices, fees and orders
Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. The authorised ticket seller may charge clearly disclosed booking, payment-processing or delivery fees. Unavoidable fees will be displayed or disclosed before purchase where required by law.
Before completing a purchase, the customer must check the event, artist, city, venue, date, session, seating category, quantity and contact details. An order is accepted when the authorised ticket seller issues a valid booking confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, fraud, unauthorised use, duplicate transaction or technical failure, subject to applicable law.
4. Tickets, entry and venue rules
A valid ticket or scannable QR code is required for entry and may ordinarily be used only once. We may request reasonable proof of identity, age or lawful entitlement to use a ticket. Altered, cancelled, fraudulently obtained, duplicated or unauthorised-resale tickets may be refused.
Customers must comply with venue rules, security screening, lawful staff directions, age restrictions and applicable laws. Prohibited items may be confiscated or refused entry in accordance with venue policy. A person may be refused entry or removed for threatening, abusive, unsafe, intoxicated, illegal or seriously disruptive conduct. Except where required by law, no refund is payable where refusal or removal results from that person’s own conduct or failure to satisfy a clearly disclosed entry condition.
5. Event information and changes
Advertised running times are estimates. Supporting performers, production elements, set times, seating layouts, venue access and operational arrangements may change. A minor or reasonable change that does not materially alter the event will not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund.
A change may be major where it materially alters the event purchased. Examples may include cancellation, removal or replacement of the advertised headline artist, relocation to another city, a substantial postponement, a fundamental change to the event’s nature, or circumstances in which the event cannot be delivered safely.
Where Blue Moon chooses to cancel an event or makes a major change, customers will receive the remedies required by the ACL, which may include a refund. Eligibility always depends on the facts and applicable law.
6. Postponement and rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the original ticket remains valid for the replacement date unless customers are advised otherwise. We will make reasonable efforts to announce a replacement date promptly.
If no replacement date is confirmed within 90 days after the postponement announcement, ticket holders may request a refund rather than continue waiting. When a replacement date is announced, customers who cannot attend may request a refund during the period stated in the announcement. That request period will be at least 30 days, unless a different period is reasonably necessary and lawful.
A customer does not lose a non-excludable statutory right merely because a stated administrative request period has expired.
7. Force majeure and circumstances beyond reasonable control
A “Force Majeure Event” is an event beyond Blue Moon’s reasonable control that prevents, substantially delays, materially changes, or makes it unsafe or unlawful to present an event. It may include:
- war, armed conflict, invasion, terrorism, civil unrest or serious political instability;
- events occurring in or affecting Iran, Australia or any transit country;
- closure or restriction of borders, airports or airspace;
- cancellation or prolonged disruption of international transport;
- government sanctions, banking restrictions or restrictions on transferring funds;
- refusal, cancellation or material delay of a visa for a headline artist or essential personnel;
- government orders, travel bans, quarantine or public-health restrictions;
- closure or suspension of an embassy or consular service;
- epidemic, pandemic, serious outbreak of disease, death, serious illness or incapacity of a headline artist;
- fire, flood, earthquake, severe weather, natural disaster or public emergency;
- industrial action, venue closure, loss of essential infrastructure, or major failure of electricity, transport, communications or technical systems; or
- another event that could not reasonably have been prevented or overcome.
Following a Force Majeure Event, we may reasonably postpone or reschedule the event, relocate it to a suitable venue within the same metropolitan area, adjust operational arrangements, replace supporting performers, or cancel the event where it cannot safely, lawfully or reasonably proceed.
This clause is not intended to remove any right under the ACL. If the event is cancelled, materially changed, unsafe, or cannot be supplied within a reasonable time, the customer will receive any remedy required by law and our Refund Policy.
Where inability to perform arises solely from government action or an unrelated third party, the legal remedy may depend on the circumstances and the ticket contract. Blue Moon will nevertheless communicate promptly, act reasonably and apply the published Refund Policy. Relocation to another city or replacement of the headline artist will be treated as a potentially major change, not a minor operational adjustment.
8. Circumstances connected with Iran
International artists and production personnel may be affected by war involving Iran, regional hostilities, airspace closures, visa-processing interruption, sanctions, banking restrictions, government action, embassy closure or suspension of international travel. The occurrence of such circumstances does not automatically cancel an event. We may first seek a lawful alternative route, visa solution or replacement date.
If the advertised headline artist cannot perform and is replaced, or the event is cancelled or materially changed, refunds will be handled under the ACL and our Refund Policy.
9. Personal travel, visas and accommodation
Unless expressly stated, a ticket does not include flights, visas, accommodation, local transport, insurance or other personal expenses. A customer is generally not entitled to a ticket refund merely because they change their mind, cannot travel, do not obtain a visa, experience a personal flight delay, become unavailable, purchase for the wrong city or date, or miss the event.
Customers travelling domestically or internationally should obtain suitable insurance and use refundable travel arrangements where possible. This section does not affect rights arising because the event itself is cancelled, significantly changed, unsafe or not supplied as required by law.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility and procedures are set out in the Blue Moon Entertainment Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Approved refunds will ordinarily be processed by the authorised seller through the original payment method.
Blue Moon will not require a customer to accept a voucher, credit or replacement ticket instead of money where the customer is legally entitled to a monetary refund.
11. Lost, transferred and resold tickets
Customers must protect their ticket and QR code. Sharing a QR code may enable another person to use the ticket. Replacement of a lost ticket may require proof of purchase and identity.
Any permitted transfer or resale must comply with the authorised seller’s process and applicable ticket-resale laws. A refund will ordinarily be returned to the original purchaser and original payment method.
12. Photography and recording
Photography and recording are subject to venue and artist rules. Professional cameras, flash photography or commercial recording may be prohibited without written permission.
Events may be photographed, filmed or recorded. Attendees may appear incidentally in crowd footage or promotional images. A person with a specific concern should contact us before the event or speak with event staff where practicable.
13. Intellectual property
Website content, event branding, graphics, photographs and promotional materials are owned by or licensed to Blue Moon unless stated otherwise. They must not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.
14. Website and external links
We take reasonable steps to keep event information accurate and the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Links to ticket sellers, venues, performers or other websites are provided for convenience. External sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Moon is not liable for loss caused solely by a customer’s breach of these Terms, an unauthorised seller, the customer’s personal travel or visa arrangements, an unrelated third party, or circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies liability, consumer guarantees or remedies where doing so would be unlawful. A customer may be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by a failure to comply with the ACL. Each claim will be considered on its facts.
16. Privacy
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy law. An authorised ticket seller’s privacy policy also applies to information it collects and processes.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future transactions to reflect changes in law, services or event operations. We will not retrospectively vary an existing ticket contract in a way that unfairly removes an accrued right.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws. The parties submit to courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in Western Australia. This does not prevent a consumer from exercising rights available under applicable consumer law in another Australian State or Territory.
19. Complaints
Contact Contact@bluemoonent.com.au or +61 410 717 446. Include the purchaser’s name, order number, event, city, authorised ticket seller and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details by email.
